Caruso Place
Caruso Place Boutique & Wellness Suites is located in the heart of Naples, inside the historical building Palazzo Berio, in Toledo Street and in front of the famous Galleria Umberto I. In order to offer an ever higher standard of service to their customers and achieve a better management of the investment, the owners needed a simple and practical solution that could guarantee the transition from booking to room enabling without the staff intervention and allowing the identification of any system anomalies autonomously without having to resort to external interventions.
The solution proposed has allowed to build an access control system based on the open platform Axis with the integration of the video intercoms and camera Axis, completely managed through an IP by the hotel personnel and remotely with the ConsolONE platform. It is integrated with the hotel software “Hotel4”, developed by Ericsoft, and it allows the dynamic association of the door opening codes at the end of the room’s reservation period.
This solution has allowed to design an access control system that is practical and functional to use for managing the accesses through the use of a badge for the personnel and with a PIN code for the customers. Thanks to the open platform Axis, the technology based on IP allowed the Caruso Place Boutique & Wellness Suites to reduce the need of maintenance, thanks to a system that can be remotely checked and by guaranteeing the customers a more comfortable stay, relying on high quality and safety.
