The inventory of company assets is the main activity on which the entire fixed asset management process is focused. The inventory consists – based on what was established and shared in the pre-analysis phase – in detecting and labeling each individual asset by describing the asset through localized informations (we can detect the building, the floor, the office or department, cdc, etc.) and descriptive informations (on type, brand, model, serial number, etc).
The physical inventory of assets can be easily managed and integrated in complete autonomy by your staff. The platform allows the association, search and recognition of each individual asset, in its labeling with media of your choice between RFID, QR Code or Barcode and in the classification of the same through localization and descriptive information.
